Anyone suffer bad cramp,What do you use to help solve it? Hav'nt been to bed all night Im supossed to be at work one oclock. I feel and look like sh*te!

Thanks to all,I lay in bath and had a hour and got my 2 hrs covered so feeling a lot better! Can anyone tell me how the chocolate works though? Elmondo thanks for the link :o)

You should get a hot water bottle, take some paracetamol (there are special ones for menstrual cramps), grab some chocolate (always helps) and snuggle up on the sofa. Bananas also help with cramps

To prevent it from happening again, I would stick to a diet without high sodium, caffeine, or alcohol with regular exercise. BUT tonight i say go with the advil or whatever you got in the house. Sometimes I take some cough medicine because it has the same stuff in it that sleeping medicine has in it to knock you out. Sweet Dreams!

Ye evry month honey! usually have a long soak in the bath, wear loose fitted pjs n snuggle up on the couch wit a hot chocolate!

I do sometimes and I use a lavender wheat bag , stick it in the microwave and apply to the pain.

Drink tea!
warm tea.....Chamoline tea works wonders.....If not put a heating pad and drink 2 advils.....Good Luck!
