OK, this is one of those answers that require some theatrical tricks. The one thing that we all do is put on masks in different situations. When you are with your boyfriend you act differently than when you are with your best girlfriend. You act differently at a funeral than when you are at a party. You aren't being false; you are just showing different parts of your personality.
In this case, you have a simple choice. Keep working at this job until you find another that fits your choice of dress and life better. While at this job, make it a game. See just how completely you can fool the machine into thinking you are just a cog. I always got fired because I didn't know when to shut up. I had great ideas, but didn't put them through in the right way. People above me would feel threatened by my creative side (and because I was usually right). The easiest thing to do with a squeaking wheel is not to oil it but to replace it with one that doesn’t squeak.
I could have done all of the same things I am doing outside of work and had a home and a life if I had been not only smarter than the people I worked for, but didn't show them I was smarter.
Now only you know what you make and what you can live on. When you put on your costume every day play the role at work so that you can make the money to support your new diamond lip stud that you can only wear out to raves, but not at the office. When you play the role at work be quiet as you save money for the spinners you are putting on your new ride. Be smarter than your bosses by doing such a good job at work that when you come to them and give your two week notice they all try to get you to stay. Then go to the other company.
As for your choices about companies that don't care if you are a punk: recording studios, radio stations, tattoo parlors, bike shops, arena staff, or call centers, just think about anything that serves the counter culture. The one thing they all know is that this is business. If you show up on time every day and get the job done they will love you.
Good luck!

Depends what you consider "good" money? Might try telemarketing that way you can dress however you want as long as you have a pleasant speaking voice. But being punk is more than how you dress baby doll.
