frequency bandwidth. MHz is mega hertz. it means that your radio can either transmit or receive between 156.025 and 157.425

These are radio frequencies. A standard FM radio goes from 88 MHZ to 108 MHZ.

These frequencies are higher.

The decimals also indicate that the frequency width is 0.025 MHZ which implies 57 channels of availability.

(FM uses 0.2 MHZ, eg: 100.7 then 100.9, 101.1.....)

What is using these frequencies, I don't know.

MHz is a unit of frequency equal to one million hertz.
156.025 to 157.425 MHz probably reefers to a frequency of radio waves in this range.
