I'm not fat nor overweight (50kg, 1.58m tall) but I've a thunder thigh. I do not really exercise due to my hectic study schedule but I dance a bit (at home) whenever I am taking a break from my schoolwork. I am not a big eater either - minimal oily or junk food & hardly have any kinda soft drink (I love hot choc). So what's the best way to lose those inches on my thighs ... please do not suggest running or strenuous exercises and I can not afford the sliming salon let alone liposuction.

exercise wise: aerobic exercise- work out in your 'target heart rate' for at least 30 mins a day 3-6 times a week to loose the fat , also weight training adds muscle that helps you use up that excess fat storage. do anything other than building up too much with lunges and squats to avoid adding bulk to the area your trying to trim down.


fashion wise: wear straight legged dark pants that dont form fit around anything othe than the waist and the top of the hip. vertical lines are great. avoid 'skinny jeans' theyll make your legs look like a ice cream cone. also, you can focus the eye upward with bolder colors and prints in your tops and jewelry and thatll distract from the areas you dont want people noticing.

Accept your body as being beautiful and live your life without worrying about your thigh. You're not overweight and aren't unhealthy so this is the LAST thing that should be on your mind. Trust me.

Besides, all women have thighs. Unless you're comparing yourself to a starving actress or model. Even Marilyn Monroe had curves and thighs. Hell she had to at a size sixteen. Be happy with who you are and ignore the negativity that comes with body image. I'm sure you're thigh isn't at all big or thunderous. And even on a slight chance that it is, so what, confidence is all you need. If someone calls your thigh thunderous, tell them to **** off and smile and enjoy your chocolate.

Try lime water in the morning first thing before you eat anything. It is known to reduce fat. But make sure it is salty and not sweet.

some women have thicker thighs and nothing can change that...just do cardio to burn fat and weight train to build muscle....you might not want to build muscle but that is best for you...if you don't build your thigh muscle you leg will look loose and fatty...the muscle is what makes it smooth and toned....like beyonce she has thunder thighs but she work it out like crazy to keep it toned/tight
