I'm not fat nor overweight (50kg, 1.58m tall) but I've a thunder thigh. I do not really exercise due to my hectic study schedule but I dance a bit (at home) whenever I am taking a break from my schoolwork. I am not a big eater either - minimal oily or junk food & hardly have any kinda soft drink (I love hot choc). So what's the best way to lose those inches on my thighs ... please do not suggest running or strenuous exercises and I can not afford the sliming salon let alone liposuction.
