do you have any type of eating disorder? do you vomit after you eat? you have to love your self and your food. if you hate eating then you can never gain weight. relax and have nutrisious food. have whole grains, poultry, fish, fresh fruits, beef, cheese, oil and salt. it doesnt matter if you are under weight, just be healthy. also do a through checkup. maybe you might have liver problems.

And it all depends on what you eat and if you are purposely starving yourself. If you aren't and are doing nothing at all to stay this weight, then it may just be how your body is made. I have a friend who is 24 and is 97 lbs. She doesn't starve herself at all and eats normally but she's just a small person. And some people are naturally more muscled or bigger people.

Check with your physician and she what she/he says.

how tall are you? I think thats pretty underweight even if you are built small I would make sure you eat high calorie, healthy foods, nuts, eggs, good fats, exercise to help build muscle, but not to much you dont want to lose any. also try drinking one or 2 of those ensure drinks (slim fast shakes would work to) everyday in addition to eating, it will fill you out while still making sure you get lots of vitamins and minerals and other healthy stuff, dont try to gobble up a bunch of junk food or anything though it wont work as well

Your ideal weight is linked to your height. Check the height/ weight table. But anyway 35 kgs is underweight. Try increasing your diet but go for healthy diet and not junk food.

I'd say it's a little under weight, my daughter is 25 y/o and is 105, and she looks pretty good at 5'2, so you aren't that far off, maybe 10 pounds under for your height and weight.

Not good b/c that is not a healthy weight, unless u're very short (which I doubt). Make sure you eat 3 meals + 1-2 snacks.

woah!!! honey, unless you are really short, you need to see about packing on a few pounds. at 16 thats a really low weight unless you are short. if you arent short, like if you are 5 ft. tall or more, you need to go to a nutritionist or a doctor. Blessed Be.

That is really underweight, you should definatley eat more, and if you have an eating disorder that is keeping you thin, then you need to go to a doctor.
