me and my soon to be ex husband divorce is almost final theres just 1 problem he is stalking me an my child he always picks her up from daycare when im working so i don't know where he takes her. i told the police they arrested him but his was out again cuz his friend bailed him out. he keeps leaving me msg.s callling my job sending me gifts i don't know what to do can some 1 give me some advice? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

The first thing you should do is tell the daycare not to release your child to anyone but you including her father. You should record the conversartions when he calls you. If he is calling you on your home phone you can block his number out and if he is calling you on your cell just dont answer dont give him any reason to think that there is still a chance between the two of you. Keep going to the police station and put a restraining order on him to stay away from you and your child because once he sees that you are not going to take him back he could kidnap your child to get back at you. This is a very delicate situation so please be careful because he could turn on you and your child you have to look out forvyou and your childs best interest and safety in a situation like this.

There is no possibilities of you two get back together?
The purpose of him doing so seems simple - He doesn wana a divorce, hopping that you can once again accept him.
Thus, it gotta boil down to you if you still love him & forgo whatever reasons that you have that cause the stage of divorce...
