There's a good amount of asshole brainiacs. They get best answer when they vehemently agree with the asker of the question.
There are brainiacs with too much of a sence of humor. They get best answer when they make the asker fall out of his seat with laughter.
There are dumbos pretending to be brainiacs. These guys mostly get best answer because the asker doesn't know the answer so thinks that the smart sounding one must be right.
And there are dumbos who are just plain dumb. They get best answer when the asker is another dumbo or when someone wants to use the best answer comment thingy to tell them off.
The ratio between the brainiacs and dumbos is about 1 to 1 but the dumbos ask and answer more often (because they don't have to think to ask or answer).

Probably more dumbos as the percentage of the population to be true brainiacs is small. And I wouldn't go as far as to calling the rest of the population dumbos because brainiacs aren't the norm.

For now I think Brainiacs rule but the rate of Dumbo and Bimbo population increases very rapidly. This is alarming because I have benefited in some way from those who were able to share thier knowledge during my time of need. This service will lose most of its credibility should the latter rule.
