Many people are afraid of dieing because they don't know what is on the other side. If you are at peace with it, its good. It means you one less thing to worry about! I'm not really afraid of death, I don't want to leave my loved ones and I don't really want it to painfull, but I'm ok with it.

Interesting note: Some doctors think that cancer is cells that are "programed" wrong and can't/won't die. Then they take over and hurt the body. So dieing can't all bad....

whats wrong with being dead?? well you dont get to go out on friday nights...you sit there in a coffin not even playstation or even a book to read..

On a serious note tho...when your dead your Judgement day begins...everything good deed you did is weighed against every bad deed. And the result determines whether you go to heaven or hell. Lead a good life.

Hang in there, Emily. As long as Satan and the demons are confined to earth, we will have problems, but God will soon rid the earth of them and their influence and things will be oh, so much better then. Death is not the answer you seek. Life holds blessings for you just around the corner. Pick up your Bible and pray for answers to all your unhappiness.

No it is not so bad that we will die one day, what would be bad is if you let that ultimate fact of death get in the way of experiencing the feeling of love for your fellow man which in turn will allow us to learn to love ourselves .And if a person lives without feeling love that is truly the bad thing not the fact that our body will one day stop our presant yiew of life..Love is the answer to life and death!

Well maybe there is no "there" so here is all you have. Why throw it away and never experience anything again. Are you suicidal? If so talk to somebody close to you and seek professional help. Self preservation is normal, the opposite is not.

Pathetic weakling. You can not at all face the hardships of life so you would rather give up. No man or woman has ever accomplished anything by simply giving up. Foolish mortal.

we ppl do not understand what is really meant with dead and alive.. the real difference is unrevealed to us all.. for me.. the dead is the one who get red of his body ( one of the constrains of man spirit) and also the dead is the one who - let me say- consumes all his cards of repent .. still the dead body will be always alive in another form of living..why is it so wrong? because ppl are afraid of what they don't know ..and will never be sure about their spirit statues ..but for sure u will find other ppl who looks forward to their doom day eagerly ..because of the thoughts they have

Why do you worry now? Are you planning on dying tomorrow or maybe a year from now?

I'd focus on the now, if I were you. No use worrying about the inevitable. Like the Bible says: "No man, by worrying or sorrow, can add a single minute to his lfe."

Nothing wrong with being dead, it's gonna happen to us anyway, sooner or later. It's just that most people would prefer to be alive, than dead! :-)
