I am 6 feet tall even! Size 11 shoes -- I am a tall one!
The average us man is 5'10"-- I have dated several men shorter than that. I think its normal.

1) I'm 5'5" and my shoe size is 7
2) I think 5'9" is an excellent height for a guy, esp since i'm not that tall myself. It's a good height, not short at all.

I'm 5' 3"...
To quote a great movie, "I wear a size 6, but a 7 feels so good, I usually buy a size 8"! (Steel Magnolias.....) In other words, I have weird-shaped feet, that are kinda big for my petite stature...
As for the short guy question....i would have to say that just all depends! My first (& "late") husband was 5' 10". After he died, I married a guy who was 6'4". He wasn't a totally bad man, but sure did like to use his size to intimidate & abuse me & our little son.
I vowed to never fall in love again, but someone came along & blew that all to he**. LOL!!
His physical height is somewhere around 5'6-7"---but he's a giant in my & my son's hearts (as well as in the hearts of all my family members & friends who know him!!)
It makes me a little sad when he occasionally makes self-depreciating jokes about his size. Wish I knew how to tell him how much that that does NOT matter; & that he is so much a bigger man than any I've known!
(Then there are the obvious benefits! LOL!! We "fit" together so well... in any position! Hugging, smooching, & other stuff...)
If he wasn't the size he is, he wouldn't be my Karmic Lego!!!
A person's goodness & character are what make them "big".
Just my humble opinion.

I am almost 5`11. I wear size 8 1/2 shoes and my husband is 5`7. His legs go from his @$* to the floor like everyone elses. Besides, "short" is politically incorrect- the correct phrase is vertically challenged. lol I don't see why height matters. Thanks. steph

I don't know how these others don't know their shoe size unless they've never had a pair of shoes on in their life.
I am five foot four, shoe size seven and a half.
Five foot nine for a man is about average, and I wouldn't consider it short. Though for my particular family anything under six foot three is considered short for our family. My grandfather was six foot eleven.
