You can't improve luck, but you can improve the perception of luck.

trying more doesn't improve luck. because you also have more opportunities to fail, the more unlucky you feel. especially if you expect to suceed.

but when you try things you don't expect to succeed at...then you'll feel lucky because of the few times you do win.

it's all a perception. we obsess and focus on something which is really a feeling. tons of lucky and unlucky things happen daily that we don't notice...people we meet, random conversations. it's not "luck" since we aren't thinking about it that way. but when it's something we really care about or worry about, and it doens't go to plan then we say it's bad luck. really it's the reaction to it. we care so strongly and put all the focus on that.

that said, good luck to you. :)

In the Tao te Ching it says:

See disaster as a boon.

In the first chapter of the book I'm writing I included this:

Sometimes the attempt to avoid our destiny is the action that ultimately leads us to it.

Maybe the things which happen and seem to be bad because we want something different are actually good for us but we won't realize it until we see what may emerge at a later date.

You can't improve luck. The best you can do is leave little to chance and then accept what life dishes out to you.

Look carefully at whether the things happening in your life are "luck" or if they have a cause that you can change in the future.

Regardless of all that.

Good Luck, things will get better.

Keep trying. The more you attempt whatever you want the more your chances increase of getting what you want.

Studies have actually been done into luck both why people apparently have good and badd luck. You might find the results of the studies quite useful. Please follow the link below.

Don't give up, it's only a matter of time before your luck will change for the better.

Miss D... I am sorry to hear about your plight. Some people have given some good answers, others fail to see what you are asking.

For me Luck is easy. Always has been. My level of happiness is planted in Elysium fields. My success is against most odds. And my love for all is real. ALL this and I follow one simple rule when it comes to LUCK. I did not coin it but it works.

LUCK = When PREPARATION meets OPPORTUNITY.

Opportunities flood past us everyday. Everyday we have the chance to be prepared for them and seize them. To change your luck is to open your eyes to more opportunities. You can prepare for them by doing what you are doing, asking questions, being proactive, learning, meeting like minded people, caring for others, being responsible for your actions.

How you look at life is how life looks at you! Be the mirror to your success. I know you can do it because you have asked the question. If you need anything else you can contact me. My purpose is to help people and give back. As one world we can become the greatest together.

Scott

By not believing in luck. Just realize that there are some things in life that you can't do anything about, and which you should accept. Realize also that there ARE a lot of things in life you can do something about, even if doing it may be difficult.

Our destinies and our lives are much more in our own hands than most of us realize. But once you do realize it, it's very empowering, and suddenly you'll have no more need for "luck."

You gotta be there when it happens. It's as simple as that. Everyone has had bad luck streaks in dancing school.- Those awful stretches when you could throw something at the ground- and miss. (!) But the law of averages kicks in sooner or later, and just as suddenly- you're wondering, "Where is all this good stuff COMING from?!" Just hang in there- & don't let it get you down. What goes down- always comes to the surface sooner or later... Good luck!!! :) :) :)

Cheat!

No, seriously, rig the odds a few times so you get a few wins under your belt. Two sided coin, some marked cards (strictly fun games, don't be a shmuck) and that kinda thing.

Pretty soon you'll be so worried about getting caught you'll have forgotten all about your luck problems. Since they were in your head to begin with, you're now cured!

Your present situation is a result of the past deeds, could be of past birth too.Hence, the best way to get out of this and have good days ahead is to accept the situation, take the resposibility on self, ask the lord humbly to show you the way out , and try not to hurt any body knowingly even in thoughts. You'll see things falling back on their places and destiny favouring you the moment your heart purified and filled with love and prayers for everybody's well being.

God always tests his devotees by putting them in difficult situations before bestowing his blessings on him. This is your test time. Surrender unto him with full faith and see the Luck turning your way!!!!!!!!!! He's just next to you. catch hold of him before its late. All The Best.

Remove luck from the equation. the more prepared you are, the less you depend on luck for the out come.

Well from what I have realized, luck is also a probability. So when you try to do something next time, do stuff where you have the most probability to succeed :)

Don't worry girl - everything is gonna be alright soon.. !
