I want to hit it atleast 3-4 times a week, but she is more for like once a week. How do I convince her to let me hit it more often? I'm the husband, I thought I made the rules??

Gee, what a romantic guy you must be. No wonder she won't have sex with you. You make the rules? If you're so smart, how come your wife doesn't want you more often? Stop being a jerk and start being her best friend, her companion, and her biggest fan, and then she'll want you to be her lover.

Wait, are you trying to have children or just want more sex? Because with ovulation kits avail. you only need to do it about 4 days a month for that. But if you want more sex, try new and different ways,positions, unexpected places, times, be sensual and touch her and ask her what turns her on, and do it. Listen and talk openingly about it and maybe instead of being the boss man with no sex, you can be the sexiest husband with alot of sex. And instead of once a week, she'll be begging for more. Oral sex may work well for her and don't pick a time that she is tired, won't work...

It might help if you were a little less ego-tistic. Sorry, wives are the ruler of the domain. We actually make the rules; we just let you guys think you do. Anyway, be a little more romantic. Help her around the house more and be nicer to her, it'll make her want to make you happy if you make her happier.

Are you wham bam thank you mam or are you considerate to her needs and longings? Is it a quickie or passionate? Examine your techniques and you will find your own answer. Me personally I would love it 3-4 times per week, hell give it to me daily!! Maybe your woman is a prude? Hhhmmm? Things to Consider!!

No. Your whole approach is wrong. You have not framed the rules, it is nature and both of you are only responding to your respective natures. Now you have to prepare her for daily session by keeping her happy the whole day; you will see, she will jump on you. Once it starts, it may not be possible for you to keep her fully satisfied.

Rules? But it's her body. Instead of discussing sex w/ her, just find ways to seduce her or do romantic things that'll spice up their hormones. It'll work for me. I don't like discussing it but if he starts kissing me in a passionately way and caressing me, then I want it!
