how to make bat wings?

the bat wings aren't that large just noticeable. I need it for a due play at the end of the month. also i can't use those very expensive materials and i need materials that can be found in malls. i need to make 12 pairs of wings (bloody i know) please help!

try paper mache!! newspaper + glue + a mold= bat wings!
