No--women tend to be even more critical of other women than men if the victim knew the rapist--which comprises the majority of rape cases.

Prosecuting attorneys often worry about this in jury selection if the women behaved in a questionable way. It's due to a concept called the Just World Hypothesis--people want to believe that others got what they deserved because it makes them feel like the world is safer for them. In rape cases where the victim knew the rapist, women unconsciously want to believe that it doesn't happen unless the victim did something to deserve it. Otherwise, they have to mentally confront the possibility that it could happen to them for no reason. Of course, you can overcome your illogical tendencies, but it takes thought and self-awareness.

The military (UCMJ) tends to biased about rapes sometimes-no matter the gender of the judge. It's funny when the so called victims don't get nothing in return except shame, because they are the true molesters; preys; sinners (not all, but some).

I think both men and women have the ability to be objective or hold a bias. What we need are HONEST judges from both sexes.

No you moron. Rape is wrong and sick! Come on now, everyone is against it (except those perverted controlling types like you might be).
I was raped, and MEN were more enfuriated by it than the women were that knew!
So no, it won't make a difference on SEX but on MORALS.
