Man that's hard...
I don't think I could pick between the first two and the third because the first two are a different kind of pain than the third. My guess is that if they stopped loving you it would lead to them leaving you and if you really truly loved them then you would be sad yet happy because you would only want them to be happy. If they died oh man that would be a crazy kinda painful. But then I guess it also depends on how you handle death. LOL I guess I didn't really answer your question. Sorry.

I would say to have him die because if he stopped loving me in time I might get over him and be able to go on with my life, if he left me I would wonder why he left and if it was because something I had done I would use it as a learning experience however if he died a part of me would die with him as he and I are two hearts joined as one. Only death is irrevocable, with the other two he could love you again and come back to you but death is final and the greatest loss somebody could experience.

I think the auto accident would be far worse.

Death is something that can never be changed. At least with the "stop loving you" you can have a chance of getting them back, or just moving on. The death would affect more than just you.

I think all of them would be painful, but I think the most painful one would be to have them die in an auto accident

Die in an auto accident. I would rather them live than stop loving me or leave me.

Leave you. Especially if you never hear from them again. If they stop loving you and are still around you can hope for closure, if they die you can grieve and get the same. If they leave you and you never hear from them again, there will always be something inside that wonders why, what happened, and some sort of fear it will happen again.

He could leave and still love me, and I'd be okay with that.
He could die and still love me, and I'd have to live with that too.
But if he stopped loving me, my life would hardly have meaning. But then I'd eventually get over that too.

Well if my partner stopped loving me I would rather die so, I have to say that if he stopped loving me that would worse.
