Stop applying the makeup until you get the dryness under control. I had that same problem, but I cleared it up with using products from cosmetiscops.com, paulachoice.com. I use the cleanser, recovery toner, and the hydrating treatment mask. This cleared up all of the dry areas on my face. The stuff won't clog your pores and give you pimples. If your body skin is dry, I suggest you try Curel Ultra Healing Moisturizing lotion. It worked a mircale on my extrelemly dry skin, and I had really really really dry skin, so dry that when I walked my skin hurt. Good luck.

Buy a humidifier, This will help get the moisture in the air in your home. Have a small one in your bedroom. Also try drinking more liquids without caffine. Caffine can dehydrate you. Take baths with bath oils. Not only is it good for you but relaxing in the tub a couple times a week really reduces the stress and tension of everyday life. If all this does not work see a dermatologist or go to a place like walmart or eckerds and ask the pharmicist, they usually give good over the counter advice.

I know that this may sound weird, but Vaseline is the best for dry skin, wrinkles, and even stretch marks. Every night before you go to bed rub some all over your face and keep massaging it in so that your skin and pores will soak it up! Then with a damp warm wash cloth blot your skin and gently rub the access away, this should help! Good Luck

I like eucerin dry skin lotion. You can buy it at walgreens; walmarts and some drug stores. It comes in many combinations for your skin. Try palmer`s cocoa butter. its good to. This might sound silly but i have heard people putting hemmorid salve on there face and it makes these skin smooth and it don`t break out with pimples or acne.....

To retain moisture, always drink lots of water - even if you don't want to. Moisturize right when you get out of the shower with a quality, good-working lotion/cream/oil (I think Vaseline works the best. Also Goldbond is quite nice), and he'll be just fine!

the best remedy is drink lot of water. eat for sometime oily food, you may add one spoon extra oil in your food. consume ghee and butter. this will activate your sebacious glands, thereby making you skin glow, dryness will vanish. once in a week, apply paste of ripe fruits, vegetables, smashed potatoes, tomatoes, adding a spoon of lemon drops in your face thoroughly and keep it for half an hour. wash your face with a nice medicated soap. repeat this for one or two months. definitely your skin will start shining.

you should try aquaphor. its made by eucerin. at my pediatricians advice ive been using it on my son since he was born. it works wonders. rub it into your skin once or twice a day. it doesnt stain and your skin should absorb it rather fast. you can find it at drugstores walmarts targets, places like that. it will be near the lotions or in the baby care section. good luck. i hope it helps
