Depends on whether or not you're breast feeding, and it's different with each woman. Usually within a month or two if you're not breast feeding.

It depends on whether you are breast feeding or not. If not, then you can expect to have a period 4-6 weeks after giving birth.
If you are breastfeeding, your period may not come for severa months--HOWEVER this is not a reliable form of birth control.

Depends on whether you are breast feeding or not. If you are, it usually starts about a month after you stop breast feeding or some time shortly after you start feeding solid food. The first one is always a surprize!
