All I could find was that it was being released in Japan in September. So it will probably be here in November/December. Hope this helps.

Right now the only available info on a release date is September 28 for Japan. So the rest is just speculation. Generally speaking if the localization team isn't working on the project before the game is released in the first vicinity, it'll take a number of months. By now you'd think NOA would be working w/ the folks at Gamefreak (the folks producing this title) in Japan to work on localization while the game is being developed, but that usually isn't the case.
Based on what we've seen in the past, specifically the other pokemon titles and their respective release dates, we can expect the localization process to be about the same, roughly 4-8 months.

Hopefully we'll see it sooner but I wouldn't expect it any earlier than April. But I'm leaning more towards May/June because of the added wifi support and the size and scope of the franchise's inaugural leap onto the ds.
In my opinion, December 06 would be just ridiculous.
