You know what they say "The eyes are the windows to the soul". Maybe your eyes are lovely, but you are feeling dead or ugly inside...If that's the case, maybe you are suffering from depression and need to speak with somebody about that. If you look inside yourself and decide I am wrong, there are "re-wetting" drops to keep your eyes moist. Also, there are a lot of great books on how to properly apply make up, so it looks natural, but makes you look prettier. Good luck!!

Ughh ive been there too! But you can perk em up a bit by using a fun shade of eyeshadow! Maybe a blue? Pink? Green.. depends on your skin color... Put a little bit of brown mascara to make em pop with the color youve chosen.
If you have small eyes DONT use eyeliner on the bottom.. itll make them look smaller... put the eyeliner on the top. Put the eyeliner on the bottom if your eyes are big
Or dont wear it at all.. your choice
You could probly get some colored contacts if you hate your eye color

under your eyes where the bags and circles are use a little hemoriod cream it will tighten the skin up and then the right shade of foundation do not put liquid eyeliner on use a pencil and go with a lighter shade start 1/8th inch over from the corner of your eye instead of right at the corner earth tones lightly for your eyeshadow

Okay Ill start with eye shadow first.
Green eyes- Purple will make your green brighter and really let them show!
Brown eyes- To make brown eyes brighter use blues to let them show!
Blue eyes- Use browns and dark browns to pop these out!
For all eye colors Natural looks great on all of them! Browns, earth toned colors work wonders!
Mascara
If you are a red head or blonde- Brown and black brown looks best.
If you are a brunett or have very dark colored hair- Black is the best color!

There`s alot of eye makeup that does wonders. How about colored contacts. They have really a large selection on contacts now. Go ahead and check them out.. you would be surprised at all the new gimmics in contacts.

Eye makeup can do wonders to brighten up your eyes. Choose colors that are on the opposite side of the color spectrum to complement your eyes (ie bronze for blue eyes and purple for brown)
