Just because you asked that question, I'm assuming you're in your early teens. Since most of the men and women here are giving you the right answer, I'm going to ask you a couple of questions in return.
WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU WANT TO USE CONDOMS? IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DID NOT USE A CONDOM AND SHE GOT PREGNANT, WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOUR PLANS? DO YOU KNOW THAT EVEN IF YOU WERE NOT WEARING A CONDOM AND YOU DID NOT EJACULATE IN HER, YOU COULD IMPREGNATE HER? JUST CONSIDER THIS: IS IT REALLY WORTH THE TROUBLE FOR ONE LOUSY
F_ _ K?
To the rest who try to give an accurate answer and a "helping" hand: Thank you for your answers. I'm not being judgmental. If the questioner was your child, are you really going to tell him to get this type of medicine or that type of medicine. The object of this site is not only to answer questions per se. WE should be responsible and discerning. Do you think that a question like this comes from someone who can really understand the perplexities of early pregnancy and early parenthood? Come on people. If we want to really help people with this type of questions or problems, let's look deeper or at least make an educated guess based on the make up of the question. No offense to anyone.

I'll assume you know the lasdy concerned and that she is consenting?
If so then if she was on the birth control pill (you need to wait some time after starting the course for it to be effective) you could ejaculate inside her.
She could use a Femidom (which is a female version of a condom)
Have her Gyno insert a Coil
Last resort if you get carried away she could take the morning after pill.
Good Luck

Let me get this straight...
you're asking how you can ejaculate in a girls vagina, not wearing a condom and NOT get her pregnant?
Well, that's just not gonna happen.
Either you're asking such a dumb question on purpose just to get us to respond or, you really are clueless as to just how babies are made.
So, let me be real here...you ARE going to get her pregnant with that way of thinking.
Are you capable of supporting a child once it comes along in nine months?
But I'm going to take a chance that you really are clueless when it comes to sex education.
So, click on the link below, and in the Search box type in "pregnant" and read some of the results:
http://www.teenhealthfx.com/index.php
And, UNLESS YOU WEAR A CONDOM, stay away from that girl until you know a little more about what's going on and just how babies are made...you're dangerous.
Good luck!

If she's on horomonal birth control or using spermicide (which my husband will never try again). Spermicide isn't very effective without at least one barrier method in place, though. The only other option is if she has an IUD or is sterilized. However, no method of birth control is 100% effective.

The pill is 99.5% effective ONLY if used properly. The Depo shot is 99.9% effective. Condoms are 85-95% effective btw.

you could have her use a diaphram but its better to use double protection with that and she needs to keep it in for 6 hours after the sex...otherwise if she does have that get the plan b pill and have her take it within 72 hours of having sex otherwise its not effective...

try birth control pills (well, not you personally :-)) make sure no STDs around though if you are not going to use a condom. pills are not 100% effective though, not sure about the patch

See if she will get on the pill or the patch or something. There is also spermicide, but it's better if it's doubled up with something. Tell her to try the pill. That's your best bet.
