Accenture gives a 3 stage interview process, 1) They get to know you and ask general questions about yourself and them to get your personality traits.
2) Asking technical processes that you may have used in your previous job and what functional processes you used to. Plus other technical questions..
Get a general feel of your work ethics etc etc.
3) a Performance interview????

This sounds very similar to most HR interviews for major consulting or tech firms.

Step 1 - traditional employment questions about your work history and personal background relating to your job. "Why do you want to work here?" "Do you work best in groups or as an individual?" "What can you do for the company?"

Step 2 - More detailed or technical questions pertaining to your job title that you applied for. If you applied for a software engineer position, you'll probably get questions related to computer science and programming.

Step 3 - A performance interview is where you demonstrate or show what you're capable of. Example: If you applied for a software engineer position, you may be asked to write a small computer program, logarithm, answer a puzzle question, instruct a specific topic, debate a topic, etc.
