Not all of them. And even many of the ones that are, aren't really devoted.
There are three groups of Iraqis- Kurds, Shiites, and Sunnis. Shiite and Sunni are types of Muslims, and Kurds are a seperate ethnic group that are not Muslim at all.

Yes they are, Sunni and Shiite. Kurds in the North where everything is normal and they do not have problems like other parts of Iraq. It is radicals like Sadr that are causing the problems. Get rid of these radicals anyway you can and you will have a democracy in Iraq. A lot of work but worth it.

they are, the majority are shiite (60%-65%), and the largest minority are sunnis (30%-35%). about 80% of iraqis are arabic
