Fold, then wash with water. Dry paper alone won't do it, no matter how much you wipe there will always be residue. Eeeuuwww, I

folder i guess. it looks better then a crumpled napkin on ur plate. as for toilet paper umm that's an akward question hehe. i guess i do a bit of both?

Why would you fold toilet paper? If you did that you would get much use out of it and, ew, what if something touched you?? ew ew ew......... oh so anyway, I suppose I'm a scruncher.

Neither, I wrap around my hand first then take it off my hand, then use it.
