how do i get tobacco stains out of vynal? walls?

For the walls, I think the best way to get the stains/smell out is to actually paint them. You might want to use a good primer before you paint. If the stains are thick, they could bleed through.

For the vinyl, I don't know.

I assume the stains are there from smoking indoors. I smoke in my house and haven't found a way to get the stains out. The only option left is to repaint right over the top of the stains.
