Could be from a slight rupture from hemorrhoids or it could be an indication of something more serious. Here is the litmus test. If you have a natural bowel movement without forcing, then you have a more serious problem: go see a doctor immediately. If you have to push when you go to the toilet, then you need to know not just how to get rid of the hemorrhoids but how to prevent them from returning.
First thing in the mornings, after you clean you teeth, drink a glass of water at room temperature. Wait for an hour before you eat anything else. Do that every morning and include lots of fresh leafy vegetables in your diet. Drink more water and use wheat bread instead of white bread. That is if you have strained your self. I hope I was bale to help use. I used ot suffer with that for years until I met a friend from China who gave me that remedy.
It worked. After one week, I got rid of the problem.

You probably aren't getting enough fiber in your diet, or drinking enough liquids. It can cause hemorrhoids. If you aren't getting enough fiber in the food you eat, maybe you should take a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. You can get a generic brand for less than half the price of Metamucil at Wall Mart. The brand name is Equate. It's called Equate Fiber Therapy. It is a natural vegetable fiber. It's 100% natural psyllium husk fiber. I know someone that uses this product, and he says it works great.

you might have hemmoroids. i dont think that is spelled right. if you bleed a lot you should see a doctor. eat lots of fibre etc so that it doesnt get worse.
is it fresh looking (light red) or old looking (brownish) blood. that will tell whether it is hemoroids or from the colon. either way you should get it checked out if it is ongoing.

man, you get straight to the point!
depends if it's bright or dark blood.
bright red blood, esp. on the tissue means you have a hemorrhoid. lots of sites on the internet about how to take care of a hemorrhoid -- creams, more fiber in your diet, etc.
if dark blood, then could be from polyp or or colon disorders.
see a dr. if you are concerned about it.
