We're in too many wars already. There's no reason to turn it into World War III.
You crybabies who think Iran will annihilate us if we don't get them first are giving them way too much credit and giving our military way too little credit. If they fired even one nuclear missile at us, their country would be turned into one big smoking glass-lined crater, and chances are their missile would be shot down before it reached us. Don't you think they know that too? So what makes you think they'd commit mass suicide by attacking us when the best they could hope for is a less than 50/50 chance of hitting a city or two here? They may be stupid but they're not that stupid.
Yes, I realize I'm paraphrasing lines from the movie WarGames, but the argument is even more valid in this case then it was in the movie, where they were talking about the Soviet Union.

Did we not Already??? I'm lost here, I heard we attacked Iran...Guh, like we'll (meaning us Americans) will ever know When do we ever here the truth or the important things? Not alot. Most just stopped caring. I might just do that myself.

Its them or us. Either we attack them which I hope we do without a full scale invasion. Destroy their capacity to threaten us. Or we wait until they attack us directly, or as they are doing with Israel, use a terrorist group to deliver atomic weapons to one of our cities.
Or we could just commit mass suicide. The clear position of the Iranian government is they want us dead. So we can save a step in the process and just go ahead and commit mass suicide and bypass the part where we just surrender and let them kill us.
