you use the "nose bleeding" or in tagalog "dumudugo ilong ko" as a sarcastic remark when somebody says something intelligent or deep. Acting as if what that person said is too much to for you fathom.

Usage:

What you said is so deep, it makes my nose bleed.

the term nose bleed is an expression when someone says or is experiencing something extreme.

when you're super stressed, you say "project's a nose bleed!"

when your friend gave out a super corny joke, "nosebleed man!"

or something to that effect.

you experience "nose bleeding" if you are having difficulty in comprehending or understanding the things happening around.

for example, if you cannot understand Filipino and then I'll ask you:

"naiintindihan mo ba ang sinasabi ko?"

then you might probably experience nose bleeding! =)
