I want to know, as specifically as possible, what the DAILY life and feelings are like for a couple that has absolutely NO trust and respect, and still a little(VERY LITTLE) love for each other. How do they interact, what's sex like if one is withholding? Basically staying togeter for the kids and money.
I'm NOT asking for advice on whether to leave or not, while it would be nice, I'm just wanting information, from people who've been or may still be there, on what life is like to live like that.

It is worse than having a room-mate. There is nothing. Life is just routine. It is definitely not the way to go through life.

first off that is the worst reasons to stay together...i mean i know you both must love your kids but they can sense when things aren't right..they maybe be young but they aren't stupid....if there is no love, respect, or trust in your relationship and absolutely no way of getting any of those back into it..you two need to really get help..its not healthy for either of you nor the kids to be in a situation like that..really even though you say your staying together for the kids your being selfish cause like i said the kids know when things are right...and as for the money part who give a care about money...it comes and goes....you really need to sit down and sort things out and figure out what is the best future for your kids..i can already tell you your hurting them more now then if you weren't living together as a "family"

i would not leave my husband, because he is my best friend and i do love him dearly. I don't believe he has ever cheated and i don't believe he ever will because we are open and honest. If he came to me and said hey iam going to go with this girl....I am not sure what i would say, but if he went behind my back I'd would banish him from me for good. My husband however gripes all the time like an old lady, nothing i do pleases him; if even com planes on how i clean my house. Sex........well what sex? we are at a stand off, a year now no sex. why? because he wants to go to bed and bang me......I want to be loved not banged. I asked him iwhen he was feeling sexy just to kiss my neck because they pushes all the right buttons. He has never kissed my neck, it brakes me down. I feel sad a lot.............but i won't leave my best friend.

It's a hideous cycle that can and sometimes does break. The couple just have to be willing to work together at what they both want out of the relationship. Feel what it's like to be one another emotionally and just understand each other. If this is completly and thouroghly accomplished anything can happen.

The kids can probably see that you two are miserable, children are smart like that. Why put the kids through that drama just for some extra money? You two being together may cause more harm that that extra money can fix. Is it worth it?

its like walking on egg shells, im in one, i hate the man and he hates me but the convience is something we both need. im saving up to leave him so i can de-stress my life. there is no sex, the thought of him touching me makes me wanna puke. its depressing and miserable to live like this....there are other men who have intrests in me, but i cant go out, i cant do s h i t. because of the whole love-hate situation. and dont think the kids dont know because they do. its not good for anyone.
