Having dream about marrying ex-relationship could mean a couple of things
Married = commitment
1. you could still have feeling with that ex friend of yours. And subconsciously you are remembering the good time you used to have.
2. There is some unresolved issue still in your mind, perhaps the break up was not a complete one. You probably have something else to say to her but didn't have chance to finish it. Your subconscious mind wants to tell you that you have to finish it and dreaming it out is other way.
Whether above possibilities are true, you are into some sort of commitment, and that leads to dream about marrying your ex-girlfriend. That ex-girlfriend could also be a concept. It means that you have to consider once again about your decision making, or your commitment

The only sign that you are getting is that you subconsciously are thinking about her. Need to think of why you two broke up with each other. Maybe there are some unresolved issues. I have weird dreams almost every night and cannot understand why I dream those things. There are times I have dreams about my ex and cannot stand the fact that I married him in the first place.

Dude, it has been over 12 years since my first love and I broke up. We didn't break up by our choice, (long story). Anyway, although I have never had dreams about marrying her, still, 12 years later, from time to time, I have dreams about her. The dreams are never sexual or anything like that...they are just random dreams where her and I are a couple...doing normal couple things, talking, having fun, etc. I just had a dream with her in it a couple of weeks ago.
I have been in 2 long relationships since, and multiple others that were short. I was with my wife for 7 years. I loved my wife more than anything in the world. However, my first love is the only girl I ever really dream about. Heck, I haven't even talked to her or seen her in 10 years.
I don't know what it means. There surely isn't anything wrong with you because of it. I don't know if she was your first love, really meant alot to you or what. I know that I dont think about the girl I dream about hardly ever. I think about my exwife all the time. I'm still heartbroke over her cheating and having to divorce her...so, I disagree with people who think that it is because you think about her all the time.

Are you in a relationship now? If not then maybe its the fact that is why the dream happen the last serious relationship you had. You might thing this is the last time you will have one and that you should have married her. Just find a new girl and it will be over

Maybe you are not over her. Are you dating someone now? Are you planning to get married to someone else in the near future or are you married? Having repeated dreams does make one pause to think it has a significant meaning. I hope you figure it out.

no, just means that you either have regrets abt breaking up or still have feelings for the ex you need to resolve. When you dream, you're brain is trying to resolve issues you think abt during the day.

well it all depends on how u still feel about her? maybe u still have feels for her and your blocking it out. it could mean something and it could mean nothing at all. maybe just to get some relief on the situation u should call her just to say hi and how your doin?
