Awww, they started charging for it. It's only $14 and well worth it. I don't know of any free tools off hand. There may be a winamp plug-in that does wma encoding.

I'm not sure if you can do this for free without burning a CD and ripping it with Windows Media Player. And I know a lot about converting audio, so it might not be possible.
