give myself an hour for a hot bath, soft music, candles and no disturbances, it helps one gather their thoughts.

I like having a free day to do anything I want...
If that's not possible...after the kids are all in bed, a nice hot bath and a massage would be AWESOME!
So, I guess the answer would just be spend some time pampering myself :o)

Go to the nail shop and get my nails done it is relaxing for me and gives me about 30 minutes of me time.
