none that i know of (competition such as google answers, ms qna, experts-exchange come to mind but are all moderated)

Nope there are Children and there parents all over the internet.
You should hear my language when I'm with my friends in private, but here it's Public so I watch my language. :)
In here you just get reported, in the "real world" you can be arrested for foul language.
You could start an adult site and have an age / membership restriction, that would work. Or search for one and join it. (sorry I don't know any.)
