It would be easier to use www.quranbrowser.org for English translations. It gives 5 different English translations from which to choose. Also www.quransearch.com gives more than 5 English translations.

If Allah (really) wanted to have a son, He could have picked anyone He wanted out of His created beings. Glory be to Him! He is Allah! The Only One, (the Compeller), the Invincible!
(Munir Munshey translation)

Quran Al-Zumar (39) 4: Eng, Ar, transliteration
If ALLAH had desired to take to Himself a son, HE could have chosen whom HE pleased out of what HE creates. Holy is HE ! HE is ALLAH, the One, the Most Supreme. (Sher Ali translation)

Law arada Allahu an yattakhitha waladan laistafa mimma yakhluqu ma yashao subhanahu huwa Allahu alwahidu alqahharu

The Qur'an also says:
(Ghãfer 40:68)
It is He (Allah) Who gives life as well as death. When He decides that an event should occur, He just says ‘Be!’ and (at once) it becomes!
(Munir Munshey translation)

HE it is Who gives life and causes death. And when HE decrees a thing, HE says concerning it, `Be !' and it becomes into being.
(Sher Ali translation)

هُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِ وَيُمِيتُ فَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

Huwa allathee yuhyee wayumeetu fa-itha qada amran fa-innama yaqoolu lahu kun fayakoonu

It will take too long for me to share my thoughts. Perhaps another time. I hope this helps.

Sounds Muslim.
Try this on:
Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. :63 Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses? :64 Ye have heard the blasphemy:...

John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM.

John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name (power), and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, [Mohammed] him ye will receive.

Notice that Paul said none of this. This is part of the real, original Gospels. And it's all documented better than most ancient scripts.

Of course, It is unthinkable for God to have a son. God is one, indivisible, unique and singlular. The Christian idea that God has a son is really confusing. One one hand they say God has a son, but then on the other hand they say the son is God. So in theory God himself was born through Mary and he was his own son. After all God is one, right.

I don't even know what this means. You are going to have to provide some context before I can say anything more.
