you know.... I had a Strawberry Shortcake doll from the 80's. Or the now "vintage" Little People from Fisher Price. Maybe even those sweatshirts that changed colors with body heat?

Great question! I love looking at the Matchbox cars, cap guns, and such. I guess the one that qualifies as being "lusted" after would have to be my Lionel New York Central Hudson electric train. It had really cool big metal open spoke wheels, all the little metal drive rods and steam valves, lights, and a working smoke stack. This thing was made in the 1940's, they are very rare, and cost a fortune. (over $1000 for one in good condition) I still haven't forgiven my father for ruining mine. It’s funny how an old toy like that will bring back memories of when we were young and carefree. Thanks!

This is way back but in the mid 70's there was an Evil Kanievel (probably spelled wrong) motorcycle with the rider and you connected it to this thing that had a handle that you crank and the motorcycle would take off. It's pretty lame by today's standards but when I was in the first grade it was the coolest toy around.

I miss My Little Pony's. I've thought about buying some off ebay just to have again.
