I have a serious answer and one I can't resist!

Serious:

Left hand at the small of your back palm toward the back. Right hand behind neck. Apply strong pressure on both hands for 1+ minutes.

Keep left hand in place.

Move hand to face, put thumb in bridge of nose with fingers pointed upwards, apply same equal pressure for 1+ minutes

Move hand to breast bone, thumb up and fingers towards heart. Press with both hands again for 1+ minutes.

Yu may also need some asprin or IBu

You may have to repeat this.

Now for the silly answer:

To prevent headache, don't squeeze so hard!

Caffeine can help get rid of headache, though it will make it harder to sleep.

Taking aspirin with a mild dose of caffeine (basically the formula for the pain relieiver "Excedrin") is often touted as a good headache remedy.

Hopefully, this will help.

I'm so sorry. I totally feel your pain. My mom, brother, and I get them horrible...to the point we throw up. It's no fun, I know. Drink LOTS of water, maybe take Ibuprofen, and put a cold towel on your head. There is this spot on the neck you can rub really hard to make it go away, or at least feel better. I'm so sorry, I'm not sure how to explain where that spot is....lower neck in the middle. I hope I've helped you. No loud noises.

Good luck, and feel better.

Try taking a nap for most of the day if you work take the day off. I know that one day i had a Mingran time and I told my mom that I wasn't feeling good so she let me stay home and when I woked up the mingran that I had for two days and gettng worse at the same time was gone. If t doesn't work take some pain relivers and very lttle moving around, if it doesn't go to the docters.

Its called Excedrin. Believe me its works the best. And if you don't have any. Go and take a hot bath, breath in the steam. When you get out wrap your head up tight with a towel, and go to bed. Have the room very dark. I usually pull the covers over top of my head and lie with my head pressed down on the pillow. But I get killer heahaches where it makes me sick to my stomach and I want to shoot myself. And if you wear glasses, take them off. Get off of the computer, that will make it worst. If you have any lavender aromatherepy, use it. That helps as well. So does mint.
