Take lessons and practice. Start out with simpler pieces and work up to the difficult ones. It takes time, hard work and lots of patience, but it's worth it. All the best!

practice as much as you can. that's what i had to do. i haven't played for a few years so i am really rusty but i think if you just put it in your head that you want to play a piece, set a time frame to accomplish that and you'll get there!!

I am sorry, you are probably not going to want to hear this but the only way I know to get better is practice, practice, & you guessed it, practice. Good luck.

Play, play play!
Consider doing some finger indepdence exercises with little pieces.
Some Bach stuff. Simple stuff.
Play with records. Put some CDs on and play with them.

hi, practice is of course important, but one you have to song in your head, pratice is on every thing and also in your head. your mind transaltes to the key board without you having to think. i am a national champ, at age 15,and i retained more of the music i read than i played. good luck

Are you serious? I'm thinking PRACTICE. Ask any musician. Do I win a car or something for that answer?

have an extremely old lady with a mustache stand behind you with an extremely sharp pencil and poke you when you mess up...and then make sure she has a chainsaw for when you say ouch... or cry or ask questions...how do you think Bethoven, Stevie Wonder, and Ray Charles ( R.I.P), did it?..not to mention me...
