I prefer Always with wings, the extra long when I'm sleeping, a regular for normal.

I prefer tampons with pantyliners, but I used pads until I was 18 years old. I think the best pad to use is the kind that's the cheap store brand. Seriously, do you really need wings? Are you going to fly? All you're going to do is bleed on it and toss it, so don't waste your money getting the expensive ones. You're just paying for the brand name then.

i prefer to use the STAYFREE brand. it's made with cotton which is good for absorption. the ALWAYS brand is good but not as great as the first one i mentioned.
