YES! I had my period regularly for the first six months of my first pregnancy. My doctor told me some women have their periods all the way through.

no, you can't have your period. However, sometimes women can spot between becoming pregnant and 8 weeks along. It is implantation of the embryo in the uterus that can cause bleeding. Also, if you are farther along, bleeding could signify a problem with the placenta placement or other conditions. Report any bleeding during pregnancy to your OB/GYN as soon as possible.

For some women it happens, but for the rest, no, you don't get your period when your pregnant. My sister in law's was heavy like a day after she had her baby. During pregnancy, you dont develope anymore eggs since you have one that is fertilized. Some bleeding can occur for some women.

Yes. I've heard of people still having their period while they were pregnant, but I don't think it's as severe though (the bleeding).

Yes you can, I had 2 pregnancies and I had my period for the full 9 months with both of them, and I had perfectly healthy babies. But you should still go to the Dr. and have yourself checked, just to be on the safe side

Actually, YES you can! I'm sure you've heard of women who didn't know they were pregnant and delivered a baby. Typically, those women continued to have cyclical bleeding, which is why they never even imagined that they were pregnant. It's not very common, but it can happen.
