you do that because you are about to sneeze and "achoo" because your involuntary muscles are making you try to resist sneezing when you let it loose..although you cannn stop it from airing out, it isn't healthy... did you know more than 85% of people who let their sneeze be fully released sneeze at about 630 miles per hour?..pretty fast right?...you must have some pretty sticky buggies...
