Just because they have been attacked by tremendous number of countries around the world does not give them a reason to destroy an entire nation just for their heart felt vengeance. This act of barbaric killings is just a 'murderous spree' aiming for innocent civilians, just based on the name for 'removing Hezbollah'. How else would you explain the latest attack which took lives of 20 Farmers, just because they saw a tank go into the barn? Or cutting off every way teh outside world can connect to Lebonan with Humanitarian Aid? If this is not murder, please explain what it maybe.

And mind it all of you, its not the matter of hatred, or so called 'Israel Hater' that makes me say this. They want to disarm this country just because they are Muslims, but are being fed by the US with more armery to help them reach their goal. What is their goal? Or what is it that you all want, remove Muslims from this planet Earth? They may not apologize, but have you wondered why? Do you think after bombing an entire building of just Children and WOmen, an apology should make it ok? That you take lives and just apologize makes life ok for the rest to go on, just because Israelis apologized?

I have no clue what "most" people here believe. This is no scientific poll, so we still won't know, even after the best answer for your question is selected.

I think the Israelis are tired of being Hezbollah's whipping boy. The Hezbollah charter calls for the destruction of Israel, and Lebanon gives them safe haven. Why are you focusing on Israel's response to Hezbollah, and not Hezbeollah's initial and continued agression? Do you believe that Israel has no right to exist? If so, should they just go down without a fight?

What do you think would happen if Al Qaeda started lobbing missles at El Cajon from Tiijuana? How would you feel about it?

Isreal bombs roads to cut off military supplies to Hezbollah. Iran just admitted that they supplied Hezbollah with rockets and weapons. Now, if you were at war with a group, wouldn't you try to stop them from arming themselves? The Hezbollah terrorists operate from civilian buildings, civilian towns, and dress as civilians. Many times when they die, because the look like civilians, their deaths are passed off as "innocents". The actual civilian death toll is much lower than many people percieve. For the kind of enemy they are fighting, Isreal is doing a pretty good job of targetting only Hezbollah fighters.

To put this in perspective, Hezbollah regularily attacked Israel, and not just the military. They blew up civilian buildings, buses, etc. The UN ordered Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah, but Lebanon disoybeyed the order and did nothing. In this regard the country is complicit with Hezbollah. Finally, when the soldiers were kidnappped, Isreal basically declared complete war on them. Sanctions didn't work, truce agreements didn't work, UN orders didn't work, and Isrealis were still being murdered. And so they went to war.

Now they're fighting a war against a group of people who hide amongst the population, blend in and try to maximize civilian deaths. The innocent deaths a tragic, but what could Isreal do while it's own people were being murdered left and right? One of the most unfair and harshest realities of war, is in any country the maxim holds true, "better them than us". Isreal is fighting a war they were forced into by continuous attacks against them, and as much as I hate to admit it, Hezbollah knows how to do one thing very well. They take the already ugly face of war and distort it even further, so much so that world opinion is cast against their opponents.

Isreal portrays itself as an innocent country which is attacked by the arabs.People do not realize that the isrealis are a$$holes that want to take other peoples land and kill all.Lebanon is beautiful... but not anymore god dam it becauze of these "wonderful" jews.
