stop drinking any caffeine, that can cause your hands to be shaky. but it probably isn't a serious problem, so don't worry about it. you can practice having a steady hand, a lot of it has to do with increasing the strength of all of the muscles surrounding your hands. so just practice keeping your hands still and it should remedy the problem eventually. :)

I do too, but only my right hand. It trembles or shakes occasionally. I have had a MRI of the brain and a MRI of the cervical spine. I am suppose to see a neurologist soon.

Definitely see a Neurologist as it sounds like it runs in families (like Migraines) and modern medications do help.It would be nice if your Dad goes too since he seems to share the same ailments

It could be a slight case of Turrets Syndrome. That's when your body cannot stop twitching etc. You said your father has it too. Well, why don't you guys see a doctor together I'm sure you'll get it figured out, and there's pills that stop the shaking etc. G-luck!!

Yeah. My brother has it too. Nobody else does in the family. He's had it ever since I can remember. It is possible it is neurological problem. Also might be a toxicity of something. You can have a hair analysis done to check that out.......
