Its not the actual dollars is it? Is it because it is an affirmation of your desiriability, that if a wealthy man, who has his choice of women, chooses you, you must be hot. Like if Hugh Heffner likes you, then you know you must be desirable? Or is it something more implied, that any man with that much money must have the brains and mental astuteness to be a take charge kind of guy, who can protect you and the family in times of emergency.

Its not really what you can buy with his money, is it???

Women are attracted to men with money mainly cuz they want someone who can support them, maybe even spoil them with the finer things in life like diamonds. But this is just an attraction and shouldn't be the only main reason to like a guy. A guy can be rich and the guy still acts like a Noob (you know what I'm talking about). But anyone who what someone for their money is a golddigger.

Money( and how you handle it) shows a sense of independence. I'm sure women wouldn't want a guy who depends on their parents for everything or most things. Money also helps to get a car and/or house which shows you're very goal-oriented and constructive.

Money shows, or leads to, power. Therefore it's natural to like someone for money. It's a survival trait you might say. Just like female animals like stronger males.

It is amazing that when a man is wealthy, how many women do not notice such things as race or looks. Just shows that things like racial prejudice are artificial stereotypes--a type of competitive jealousy. When I was dating, I looked for intelligence first, personality second and the cleanliness of the skin--that told me a lot about eating habits and general hygiene.

No, I think it's just more of the fact that you can be assured, that if and when, you get married, that he'll be able to support you financially and you won't go bankrupt or have to live in a shack.. It doesn't have much to do with looks or anything else like that. Just look at Donald Trump.

I watched a program about this once. They basically said that when a woman finds a man that is wealthy, she knows that he can provide for her and their off-spring..Some sort of deep rooted instinct on survival

always women of every society feel insecurity and fear of cheating from men, so that's how they weigh a man about his personality by his limit of wealth, because if some 1 is broke so women has to spend her money called buy a person, and when it become on equality women love to spend money on their love once, key point is women always looking for a established person, if some 1 has guts then she will spend money,,.,,.{*-^}

I think it's the fact that he can fend for himself. Nothing worse than a broke man who won't work. What's wrong with a guy who can buy the things he wants?
