how can i help my cuticles they are split and i have hang nails is there something i can put on them

You should moisturize your hands a couple of times each day. The more the better. Make sure you massage the moisturizer into your cuticle. You could try a cuticle oil and avoid using nail polish remover more than once a week.

there are hand creams and then there is cuticle cream specifically for your cuticles. That would be your best bet. And if you take your vitamins daily, your nails will get stronger as well.

of course u can the reason there like that is becasue the skin around the nail is dry.so use a rich hand cream every hour.also you can use olive oil or a vitamin e capsule(OIL) and rub it in to the nail bed and around your cuticles.good luck
