I dropped 30+ lbs. in a year and I'm working on the 40 lb. mark (still have a ways to go). However, my bra size is still the same as it was a year ago. My breasts never "shrunk" from the weight loss. I found this out today while bra shopping.

How can I lose the fat from my breasts?

I ues to be fat for my age. 160 lbs and 5'2" at 10 yrs old. I lost weight in my breasts, and the only way how was push-ups, lots of aerobics, chest flys, chest-press. And LOTS!!!! You may say at 10 you don't have boobs. I was a B cup then, and by 14 a D, which I've stayed at. So you can loose them. Just lots of aerobics and chest emphasis. And after 1-2 yrs of vigorous routine...."Breast-Lift Honey" =)

Honestly, Everyone loses weight in different places at different rates. To answer your question, if you want to see your breasts reduce in size then yes you will have to be losing more. Your diet is 80% of the fight and the other 20% is exercise!!! Combine cardio intervals with some light exercises on the side, 3 times/week for 30-60 minutes each time and make sure you are eating very healthy :) You'll notice them going down in size, your metabolism is just learning to speed up again :) Good Luck

Before I gained a lot of weight I was a 32A, and then I became a 40D. Now that I've lost over 30 pounds, I'm a C cup. My breasts never really lost that much weight, and I thought they would. Breast tissue is fatty tissue, so the only way to lose the fatty breast tissue is to lose more weight. It took some getting used to, but I really love my C cup breast size now and I enjoy it. I'll probably never be really skinny again, but I'll never be flat-chested either, and I enjoy filling out my t-shirts and having a nice voluptuous shape. I think you should be very proud of yourself for losing so much weight. Just be patient. If you keep on losing weight your breasts will shrink, and if they don't, you will come to love them, I promise.

People lose and gain fat in different areas. For instance, my mom wishes she had larger breasts but they don't get any larger or smaller with weight change. Mine changed 2 sizes with a 30lb weight difference. At 96 lbs I was a 32 B. At I25 I was a 32 D. All I can suggest is to try to tone the chest muscles for a little more of a perky look and especially to add overall body muscle. It will help you burn more calories and get rid of more fat.

If you want smaller breasts, you'll probably have to get a breast reduction. If you have health insurance, they might pay for it. My cousin had a breast reduction in March (she's 18). Her health insurance paid for it and she really needed it. Her boobs were giving her back problems because she was a 40DD. Of course I asked her to donate some to me (I'm a 34A... I didn't get the boobs in the family. lol).

Why?! Women pay thousands of dollars to have their breasts artificially enlarged. If your breast size actually causes you discomfort, you might consider breast reduction surgery- but it just doesn't make sense for cosmetic reasons!

Good God, why would you want to? Are they that massive? I lost some weight and my boobs shrunk. Now I plan to gain it all back. Just so I can have my boobs back.

You probably don't have very much fatty tissue in your breasts. So they aren't going to shrink.
