How do I report fraud mail?

An e-mail from "bibi_acp;[e-mail] sent me an e-mail that has dishonesty all over it. There is a great chance that this person is attempting dishonest works against the law and against the law to individuals. How do I report and foreward this so this person will get his "just reward"?

I would file a complaint with the internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC). The IFCC is partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National White Collar Crime Center. The IFCC reviews complaints and refers pertinent information to the appropriate local, state, and federal agencies.
