I am currently fighting the city to save my dog from euthinization, I have filed appeal with the supreme court. The city will not let up even though she has never bit anyone and was only 4 months old when taken. I need help to fight them.

Sorry folks, my wife was stalked by a neighbor's pitbull. Although it did not attack, it was an unnerving experience for her.

If you happen to live in Wyandotte County, did you know there was a pitbull ban on the books since 1990? And yet, people continue to purchase and breed these dogs with these actions being against the law.

wouldn't hurt me one bit if pitbulls were eradicated from the earth.

The most you can do to fight BSL (breed-specific legislation) if your area is to contact your representatives and expain to them that the breed is not inherently mean, but that there are dogs that are trained to be that way.
If you are near Kansas City, Missouri there is a very well-reputed rescue. http://www.mprgroup.net/misc/breeding.html
If not here is another rescue http://www.kspitbullrescue.com/
Or, there is a list of organizations http://www.pbrc.net/organizations.html.
PBRC.net also has a lot of bully breed information including BSL laws and the like. Check it out.
