type in PHP tutorials in yahoo or google search engines then you can have the right things you want for free.Do the same with the rest you want to learn but be remind if you don't have your own PC then you still have to pay for the internet cafe.

You want to search for php tutorials, .net tutorials etc and there are some really great places were you can read and the website teaches you some good stuff

the better way to learn softwres at home by multimedia tutors cds you can ask your friends for these cds, daily 2 hours you can practise defentely you will learn.
Install the softwares and read the help 1 hour reading and 1 hour practice per day continiously. You will gain the software knowledge - Zams

Easy if the softwares are loaded on your computer then their help feature are as good if not better than any available IT course. But it would require manic dedication to learn on your own without a structured environment to goad you on.

Buddy! U can easily learn it at home. Just use a pic for experiment which u dont want to keep safe, n just start doing editing. Practice makes a Man Perfect. So keep practicing on it, experiment on it n u wil become a master in it!

Download any software tools you need from bittorrent, try to avoid getting arrested for doing it, lock yourself and a PC in the basement and don't come out until you're a fully qualified hacker. Then, hack into the CIA, FBI and the PTA (just for kicks) until you get arrested and spend 25 years in prison. Once you get out then get a job working for Symantec Antivirus to show them how to stop hackers. Hey, it worked for me.

I learned Macromedia Flash on my own. I had an old copy of the program (check e-bay) and taught myself. It has all sorts of tutorials and self training.

Okay, there's tonnes of torrents out there... you can download hundreds of tutorials (ebooks) at once... It's illegal OF COURSE, so I'm not going to post any link. Do a search, you'll find some for sure.
