Since you specified .9mm, I have to say the Glock M-19. You get a lot of value for your money, about four to five hundred depending on whether or not you need night sights.

The only person who can answer this question is you. You need to go to a good shop and hold different models. I have a small hand and I like Taurus PT911. I highly recommend Classic Pistol in Bucks County, PA.
