When I was 12 and 13 I was always mistaken for 16 or 17 both due to my looks and maturity. I grew up as an only child and spent a lot of time around adults so I tended to grow up a little quicker.

I am 44 now but I can probably pass for about 34. I know I don't "feel" my age and I dress in the current fashions and listen to the current music. About 4 years ago in Las Vegas I actually got carded at the Palms casino! : )

Yes. Acting beyond my age has always been a necessary part of my life. I was two years ahead in school, so I always had to act two years older than I was to get by. Two years older isn't a big deal once you reach twenty or so, but in the teen years, two years makes a big difference. I am now nineteen and I consider myself to be more mature than most girls my age. I've finished my third year of college, while most my age are still in their first. I focus more on my studies/work than on partying and leisure (but I still like to have a good time- life gets boring otherwise). I know what's important to me in life, and I stick to it. I develop meaningful realtionships without all the drama that most girls my age seem to have. Overall, I think I've "grown up" a little faster than most, and I'm happy with that.

All the time! Since I'm 12 years old. I always had friends at least 8 years my senior. I'm married to a man who is almost 9 years older than I am. We've been married going on 8 years and have 3 children, and I'm only 26 years old! Sometimes I feel like I'm living someone else's life. Too weird you asked that question!
