Are all the programming jobs really being sent overseas?

I look on careerbuilder and amazon antheir seem to be lots of jobs(more than any other fields).

I think many of the hum drum routine programming jobs are being sent overseas while the real money in the US is being spent on the highly educated programmers to plan and do the more challenging things.

Many programming jobs for US companies are being done overseas. Certainly not ALL.
