It's not a gender question, it is about the food you eat. Flatulence producing foods are typically high in polysaccharides (especially oligosaccharides such as inulin) and include beans, lentils, milk, onions, radish, sweet potatoes, cheese, cashews, broccoli, cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes, oats, yeast in breads, etc. Endogenous gases seem to arise from oligosaccharides, carbohydrates that are resistant to digestion.

hmm i didnt know this. Usually from what I have smelled, mens farts are a lot worse than womens! and i mean A LOT!
